Im going to spend the next few months concentraing on cash games instead of tourneys and any good advice to help in the transition would be appreciated. I have played in casinos at £1/£1 and did quite well, in profit for when i have played.

If I was you I'd start out on the penny any tables, so you get a feel for the game.

What stakes do you plan to start out with?

Blackrain 79's "Crushing the microstakes" is a great intro book if you plan on starting at the bottom and working your way up.

Ace Poker Solutions the people that make Leakbuster just started a free training course that has 6-7 fundamental type videos up so far. Definitely worth checking out. http://acepokersolutions.com/Free_poker_training.php

Those 2 are basically what i used when i frst started out.

And if you have PT or HM, maybe start posting some stats, or hands, to get some feedback.

Casino's are alot softer than online. So if u do well at 1/2 nl at casino then you will probably be crushed online at the same stakes.

Yes, I've never played cash live, but do not jump in at 200NL online if you're coming from 200NL live. I would hazard a conjecture that the games play a tad differently.

Just start out at 2NL (0.01/0.02), play a bunch of hands and see how you get on.

If you've played 1/1 at the casino I wouldn't suggest playing the same stake online indeed, altho starting out at 0.01/0.02 isn't the best idea either.
I'd suggest starting out at 0.10/0.25 or 0.25/0.50, depending on your BR.
0.01/0.02 can be really profitable, but you'll ONLY be playing complete fish, personally I prefer some regs at the table.

Also I recommend playing 6 handed, especially in the micros, all the regulars are playing below 10/10 (vpip/pfr) 9 handed, and it's a terrible grind.
Especially considering you don't have any online experience, and you have to start 1 table at a time.

Also, definetly read up crushing the microstakes, and maybe harrington on cash.

Good luck!
