I'm in one. I think I need to stop. And just keep any winnings from tournaments.
Its not me. Its not hand selection. Its not them.
Its the wrong rhythm. I'm on the the wrong side of best hand.
I have AQ they have AJ
J on ...whatever, flop,turn.
Amount of money don't matter. Its a standard shove either way.....or not. Just depends on you...or them.
I have KK. They A4o
Get it in preflop. But they act slow....so again, standard...just depends.
44 on flop.

Perhaps this if comes downstream . The main thing is not to lose heart, the distance will return.
Specify your limits, your game before the flop or on the flop .I take it you lost on K-K against a-4 in all-in before the flop?My advice to you if you lose all your hands, slow down.Don't fall into the tilt .

Take care of your health. No need to worry much about poker. This is just a game. Take a break, rest.

I just did that. 7 years. Learned how to play drums. Didn't take 7 years...just saying.
Broke my leg. Can't drum now. Back to poker.

OK
I'm turning it around...but,
I really should stop. Save a bigger foundation...and get above penny poker.
It changes, drastically... kind of like the difference between a freeroll and a CC freeroll.

So you're on ACR but it doesn't really matter where. Penny poker is the worst. Just to illustrate, I played on ACR last night just because I thought I had a $5 bonus sitting (but found it was gone ..) so I played a tournament just because I was already in ACR and why not? One hand everyone folded and I minraised a big blind from small blind position. It was the start of the tournament and our stacks were comparable. I had 24o and just wanted to test his blind or to see the flop. He jammed all in. There was absolutely no reason for him to do this with a good hand this early. He had no HUD reads on me as I had just joined. So I called his AQs out of spite and paired my deuce to knock him out. That's penny poker. People will play their garbage hands just because they can and you can't let that get to your head.

Still on the upswing.
Up and down but mostly up.
I really should stop.
Try and build from freerolls.
But I can win an itm in one hand playing cash.
I dunno.

Cash games and tournaments are two different games. If you are more successful in the tourneys, I would focus on that, Good luck.

As poker professionals say, play correctly, and the distance will return everything. I heard that a downward stroke can last a long time over a period of several months, or maybe in a couple of days. The main thing is patience and calmness that do not fall into a slope and are calm, they take care of the nervous system.
Good luck and health.

I think I can stay above variation now.
I can absorb small losses and that changes the game drastically.
no more "bad" folds...…
if you got me, you got me, I call

Kind of just hanging around the same area still.
Just need a few good pots in a row.

I'm not posting I'm up and down everyday. At the moment I'm below my peak.
When I get well above it I'll update.

what is the distance?
what discipline?
Facts, distribution, statistics?
Otherwise, it's all just talk. This happens quite often in poker. But I do not believe that enough hands have been played to say for sure. Perhaps if you take so bad beats so painfully, then you need to slow down and not play poker for some time, but take time to theory.
nothing personal, it's just poker, it is what it is!

Sometimes it's just a matter of luck, even though you always have the best hand does not mean you're going to win, it's not the table, it's not you, it's just a bad luck.:hahaha:

Variance is both the best and the worst.

I would suggest taking a break if you're getting hammered. Then when you come back play at lower stakes, play tighter and smarter. Then as you're slowly building your roll back up switch stakes, but keep the same play style while slowly going back your regular style.

Maybe you are too stressed and you demand from the game to justify you. It is not wrong to demand, but you must calm down and play more carefully.

I guess you need to distract for a while. Find something funny to do. And get back to poker later.

I would take a small stakes cash game course from a pro. It costs a bit, but really helps. You should be profitable at these so you can earn your fees for the tournaments.
