I have read some forums (not much) about how to play AA,KK and other great hands pre flop. I have played some cash games trying to use those strategies but somehow there are some loose players who go to a lot of hands. and the flop turn or even the river shows the just rigth cards for them. Bang lose AA to a 67s.
To say that the preflop i have beat sometimes half my stack and they pay.

How could improve my cash game with those hands? when should i fold?

Ex. If preflop placed in BB have kk and raise 5BB Button guy calls. Flop 9 2 A. Should i just check, bet... if the Button player bet Should i just fold?

Its impossible for us to summarise every given scenario where you need to fold premium hands. Suggest you watch some training videos on hand reading and ranges, plenty on Youtube. You need to be willing to study though.

One of the hardest things to learn as a beginning poker player is how to fold AA, KK etc when the board and the action indicate that you're beaten.

Losing is part of the game, it's about making your wins happen more often and more in quantity on the deep-potted hands than your losses.

You cannot come up with a playstyle or method that is 100% upswing and 0% downswing but you can come up with a playstyle that maximizes severely the quantity and frequency of wins and minimizes that of losses and this is based on a combination of reads, willingness to appear dumb (for looser styles) and most importantly on rigid bankroll management and analysis of bet sizing.

it happens to me all the time, i think sometimes you have to wait of fold if the other player go all in and wait to have more chips...or take a chance...the magic of poker is like that...

Always prevent

Prevent and look which hand can beat you, try always to wait for the flop and see your chances, if you have AA and th flop is low, somebody can have straight or color or even two pairs, that'll beat ypur AA, so check out what can beat you and how the other players are makeing their moves.

it is difficult to say that there is a pattern to follow when playing these hands or any other hand, I particularly think that not all times should be played in the same way, everything depends on the scenario the position on the table and the information that can be have about rivals. when applying a strategy with these hands or in the game in general I think that if it is important to have a knowledge of what is the best way to play those hands but already having that information the rest will depend on the instinct of each player.

I agree with sidetracked. Pushing AA KK etc all the time is too easy to do even when the board and actions shows that you are probably beat. It is never easy to fold premium hands.

You can't learn how to play this game proficiently by reading on the Internet what to do with certain hands. No-limit Hold ’em is a game with a depth and subtlety that equals chess. You have to study this game in details in order to understand where the money are hidden. Not just read a little what to do with AA, KK, QQ, AK ... etc. You have to study hard. No-limit is a strategy game, incredibly deep, that will take you many many years to master.

there are some scenarios where you should fold a good hand but losing AA to 67 is just bad luck. You cant change your game just because somebody you're playing against gets lucky
