Hey everyone.

So I'm new to cardschat with this being my second post.

I know there's tonnes of info out there but I was hoping to open up a discussion about your fundamental rules for your long game.

What I mean specifically, is that I tend to be having trouble with my table stamina. I jump on a decent table and play really tight to start out. But then once I get a feel for it I just tend to slowly bleed away my chips until once again I've busted out.

Now I employ good BRM and am currently playing at 2NL and I refuse to move to higher stakes until I can see a consistency in my winnings. Don't get me wrong, I have my good days. It's just more often than not, I'm losing.

So if you could share what guidelines you use when you sit down to grind it would be much appreciated!

it's not about what style you play . the main contenders to play so no idea what you're playing . and of course the need to use the favorable situation.

one of the things that I do is i have a sheet that has my ideals and goals on what i am trying to accomplish and i make sure to never forget what i am trying to do. All of the goals have nothing to do about making so much an hour, but it is all about making the best decisions every time that i take on a hand. When you are playing a long time sometimes go ahead and take a break from the table and move around a little bit. I think it helps to get your brain away from the game but it allows you to re foucus and do well on the table.

I hope that you are able to do well on your adventure in poker. It will be fun and you will do fine. Just stay with your game even if you have those days where you lose. Stay the course and and you will be successful. I had a bad year a year ago at 10nl and i almost took me away from playing poker period, but what I learned is that i need to focus on my game and make sure that i do the best that i can. Even though i have been struggling little bit to begin the year. my mistakes have been made by me. Since then i have had some success and i am playing better. It is early in the year so lets go
