Interesting new free feature, I downloaded an odds calculator directly from the carbon website. It keeps poker tracker type stats including a hud option on your opponents and also gives you pot odds vs winning odds. Was wondering if anyone uses this? Anyone that doesn't have something like pokertracker should get on this asap
my observations questions;
1. winning odds seems to be generally overstated. Are they basically just calculating your odds of winning the hand as if your opponent has totally random cards? If not how are they calculating it?
2. For hands that you basically have no chance of winning unless your draw hits (ie 56 suited flush draw on an Ace, Jack, 7 board) I get that winning odds > pot odds is at least a call. Isn't this comparing your odds to win the hand (ie after 2 cards) and pot odds are only getting 1 card? If so should I basically be doubling the pot odds and comparing that to winning odds?
