Sounds like small sample size and/or a lot of small pp's. I play a very similar range, but more raising, and I run ~22/20.
I think the UTG range is tight. The range described is only 8% of all hands. You can't get too much tighter without opponnents knowing to just not mess with you if you play from UTG. I even open it up a bit more, adding AJo, ATs, and KQs, and I still consider that tight at 10%, so I could be biased.
As far as the limping thing, a lot of people feel that any PFR 66%+ of their Vpip counts as aggressive, but I like it higher. I'm just not a fan of limping.
Okay, back on track now. I've got to assume you're not winning, because if this was working out for you, you wouldn't care if you were 30/20 or 20/20, or 80/72, you'd just be pumped about winning, lol. If there is a problem you're looking to fix, perhaps you could post some PT info, like W$WSF, WTSD, W$SD, etc.
I personally like playing a tight/aggressive style out of position, and a loose/aggressive style when I'm the CO or Button. Omg, I just realized you're talking full ring. Wow.....ummm hmmmm. I'm gonna need a minute to re-evaluate.
