Lately I've been getting no luck at all on PS, 9 times out of 10 I get all my chips in with the best hand, but I cant hold. Runnered by a flush, turned 3 times, rivered twice in my last 6 tournaments. This one really irked me though...

I got AK offsuit in the small blind, blinds were 50/100, the button limps and I made it 350, had about 1600 and was ready to shove the flop.. bb folds, the rest of the table was already out, and the button reraises me all in.. I called, thinking he had a low pair or high cards, and turns out he limped AA on the button. Why would anyone limp the button with AA when the rest of the table already folded, and the blinds are left to act?

He knew if he raised it there was a good chance you would fold. Lucky for him it worked out. A lot of the time he will get big blind specialed being cute with AA by limping.

We all have similar stories......

Wonder why the pundits/experts that write the advice never discuss their screwups................

I've been studying position play and, since I started, seems like all my hands when in good position are 2 - 7........or worse....

But, I'll bet 2:1 that you went right back and played again.....
