Have to factor variance into any poker experience, situation.
It may be a cop-out answer, but we've all had bad runs along the way. The more you play, the less variance will affect your overall game, outlook. Same goes for the short-term. You will have runs where variance is on your side, and and equal amount of bad runs.
Be patient, in your play, and you attitude towards poker. To avoid tilting, you must keep your balance, that poker is only a game, with variance that nobody can control.
