Live cash game. you have a good hand. the villain makes huge oversize pot bet, you think for a while, you stare at him, after thinking about it you are at a coin flip to call or fold, villain sense the hesitation. Villain calls time. is calling time to the pit boss a sign that he wants you to call or fold?

It depends (ldo)

Often villain will do this to change your mind based on what he thinks you were going to do. For example, if you were playing with your chips and it looked like you were contemplating a call, he might call time to induce you to fold instead because he is weak.

If you were looking weak, playing with/shuffling your cards and about to fold, and the villain calls time, it could be to try to change your mind because he doesn't want you to fold.
