I play a fair few hands from multiple positions at 10NL (0.05/0.10) and get very loose on the button, so I tend to get 3-bet a lot.

My question is, whilst holding the following hands and opening for 3 big blinds total bet, what is too large a re-raise to call?

-Suited connectors (4 5 upwards)

-Pocket Pairs

-Offsuit connectors

-Suited one-gappers (6 8 upwards)

Additionally, what is the general view on how to play Kings at 10NL? My current strategy is that if my bet/raise gets re-raised, I'll call and continue if there's no ace.

All this info depends on stack sizes and villains and there really is no vanilla answer that fits all these situations.

Are you saying you 3 bet from UTG or MP with 4 5 suited or not or 6 8 suited or not or small pairs like 22. Well if there is any good starting hands out there, you are sure to get re-raised, then you would be smart to fold, then you have lost 3 big blinds, and more if you call. As far as pocket KK goes, I 5 bet or better. But I have learned that betting like that in many cases is better than all in, because you do have a chance to control the hand, and build a good pot, or even get away from the hand after the flop. But like IPlay said, there are a lot of things to consider in any hand. GL to you

+1

And don't forget the cbet chance, just because there is an ace on board doesn't mean they go ti

A5 is basically the same as AQ vs KK so you may as well 4bet to drop most of the weak ace action and then cbet goes to you, they call then rethink.

Yea, flatting KK and folding on Axx flops is a mistake imo. You're probably getting bluffed a lot. Also if they have AA you're going broke no matter what even when the flop looks safe. Just jam over the top and hope they call with AK/QQ.
