Raise pre and put him in on the flop. TBH this hand is borderline irrelevant because villain only has 12bbs in his stack.

You need to raise that button. If he shoves preflop after your raise, you should call because he is short and showed weakness with a limp shove.

The flop is a way ahead or way behind board. You are getting it in on the flop with his short stack

After his limp...He got what .19 or something like that left...So if you raise to like .07, than all you'd have to call is .12 to win near .40 so yeah you call cuz your getting right odds to call...

Now about your title

Call vs Raise...

That would depend on alot of factors, yet I always lean towards raising period...Especially in position, and less players in the hand, and calling with lots of implied odds preflop..Depending on other factors...Yet hope that helps out:)
