I'm far from the best player so take this advice with a grain of salt lol but I somewhat adjust my C betting strategy based off the type of opponents I have at a table as well as how much info I have on them. If you have enough information on them you can usually tell how much trouble they are going to give you over a c bet. If they have a Fold to C bet of over 60% you can generally bet into them with any two cards so long as you're in position as folding 60% pretty much means they are only going to call your bet when they have got a piece of the board. Other villains who have a really low fold to C bet percentage I try and play a stronger range and I also understand that it might take more than a round of betting to get them off of their hand so I'll add that into my plan for how I'm going to play the hand with them.

That seems very reasonable with the help of huds. I actually am shunning from cash games to hit the sngs there I guess cbetting a ton is recommended ! Goodluck on the tables))

the only thing is avoid cbetting a calling station unless you have a strong hand. the cbet is often used to take it down after the flop. if there is a calling station he is going to ride that weak ace to the river anyway
