Hey guys,
I posted a thread about going to play full time a few weeks ago, and after a downswing at 25nl, I found one of my biggest leaks: discipline.
I switched to mtt's after being down 10 BI's, and I've donked around there the last few weeks, learned a bit, but I've decided I have to stop fooling around and switching between games, and just stick to one.

So I've decided to stick with cash games, and therefore made this thread, to help me keeping my head at 6-max cash games.
I withdrew some of the money and I have left 615$ in my BR right now, So I'm dropping down to 16nl.
When I get over 750$ I'll give 25nl a shot again.

I'll post some hands/graphs daily,
Btw:
If anyone's in for sweat sessions just add me on skype, I can do sweats any weekday between 10-6,

Anyway, here we go, and gl at the tables all =)

Gl with the endeavor BvB.. My advice is to focus on one goal at a time. All forms of poker are complex. You need to keep accurate records and learn one game at a time.

If you cant beat the game you need to move down limits and countinue your eduaction of that game or change games. But dont just change games as an emotional reaction.

I used to play heads up deep stacks for a liviing, My current goal is to learn MTT's.

Yea not sure why I called pre, Think He'd been pretty out of line the last couple of hands and I decided to give it a shot.

Fold or 3-bet pre with this hand. Against this guy preflop is a definite fold. Just look to your OP and you will see the problem here, discipline. You don't play a hand "just cause you want to". That is how a losing player approaches a hand.

So. Why are you calling here?

Yeah much prefer a fold to calling or even 3bet bluffing these hands in position is gonna be better than flatting pre.

Jups that's my problem .
I do these type of things way too much when nothing is really happening,
Also I noticed I call wayyyy to much on the button, going to not call anything from the button next session.

No need to limit yourself like that. Just Look at the action. What player raised, how does he play post? Can you bluff him enough in position? Or is he bad enough to pay you off if you hit with a marginal hand?

Also look to the players left to act. If there is an aggrotard 3-betting ATC in the blinds then you should call with your value range and look to backraise the 3-bet donks.

Just start thinking about what is likely to happen next and if you know that you can react to it profitably. If you know he is going to C-bet 100% then consider what type of boards you will float, and how often he will double barrel before you call preflop.
