Building my bankroll.
I have managed to get a bankroll up to 60 dollars currently grinding out 2nl. I have experimented with all table amounts from 1 to 24 and I have not managed to find a good average table. I tried tile and stack. I have settled for 4 tables tiled on my 22inch monitor. Even though I lost 6 BI's in todays session, I know I played really well, so I think I'm going to stick with 4.
Please help me with any advice you can think of to help me get up to 5nl. I was showing profit at 2nl but I just CANNOT get past 67 dollars. I have PT3 I plugged a shit load of leeks, I watched 101training video strategy on another website. But please tell me that my loss is because of a terrible downswing. I have attached my PT3 graph and I believe it shows that I am running 6 BI's below my Expected Value
. If I just stick at it, and the bad beats stop, surely I will have enough to move up to 5nl?
I will treat this as my blog, and if people are willing to help me, I will post certain hands and maybe there is room for improvement. However, I don't think I could do much better than shoving AA preflop against 1 opponent and being called. (Lost 3 times today AI preflop with AA)
So long story short, judging from the graph, I am just having a downswing right? I mean I sure hope there is no way I could be playing a losing game at 2nl with TAG ABC poker? Bet when you have something, only Cbet the right flops and against players with the correct fold to cbet stats and all that bollocks.
Does my graph look like im at least playing a winning game?I definitely don't think im a good player yet, but I would have hoped that I could beat 2nl. Please bring on the criticism as and when I say stupid stuff as long as it is constructive it's all good.
PS Graph looks a bit small after posting. The number of hands is 16.5k over the space of 3 days :P I'm just a tad unemployed atm with nothing to do all day. I've been playing at stars for 2 years now on and off, but I was playing WAY out side my bankroll and was either cashing my winnings or going broke. I recently decided to do it the PROPER way and used a small deposit to grind up the stakes with. The graph only shows the last 3 days because that is when I bought PT3. The hands I won to actually grind up to $67 are not logged on the graph.
