This has happened a lot in past week.
Any suggestions ?

I think if you are playing micro cash games , you can be pretty liberal with BR management as long as your willing to move up and down accordingly . Depending on how many table you play at one time (I play 4 -5 mostly) , I use a system of 15 - 20 buyins for current stake , and take shots once I have 5 buyins for the next stake or = to the amount of table you play .

There is no BRM management when you are affected by tilt. There is not a number to counter that. But there are tools to stop you like tilt breaker. Buy it and when your head is cool set it up as strict as possible and it will stop you from loosing all. Also it will give you a forced break to cool down.
