I started at 5NL but after losing around $50 I went down to 2NL where I have been playing for maybe 30K hands. I am breakeven at 2NL even after reading a lot and trying to improve. I'm hoping by posting my stats something might jump out to a more experience player. I know you guys can't tell me specifically but perhaps you might be able to guess some areas I need to read up on.

Total hands: 55,947
Net won: -63.85
bb/100: -1.36
VPIP: 12.1
PFR: 8.01
3bet: 1.42
WTSD%: 29.2
W$SD%: 58.2
Agg: 1.74
Agg%: 25.5

I play cash and zoom poker. I'm trying to be very careful about chasing draws and calling with TPTK/overpairs/double pairs. I really appreciate you guys reading this and thanks for any comments.

Is this full ring or 6max, if it is 6 max you are playing way to tight. 3 bet more, especially late position openers it looks like your only 3 betting with aces or kings.

I play FR about 3/4 of the time. I would like to move to 6max but I am even worse there so advice related to 6max is very useful. You are correct I am only 3 betting with aces and kings. At least in 2NL it seems people usually call, reraise, or all in me when I do it so I'm very careful. Should I do it with more hands? What about when they reraise me back? I tried doing it more for a very short period of time and got scared off but I will definitely look up hands and try it out again. Thanks.

Try 2nl 6 max. Try opening your hand range a bit especially cutoff and button. Im sure you can find a hand range via google. Well known pros have gone break even over stretches of 100k hands so I'm not even sure your statistics mean a lot. I suggest watching whatever free videos you can get a hold of. I unfortunately think, you need more specific questions for any real help. If there is a hand that confuses you, post it, with out results for insight. This should give you a lot of reading information.

Thanks for the link, it looks really good and almost tailored specially for me :p I'm going to switch to 6 max then and adjust my hand range.

You are a total NIT and people probably know that so you should try adding in bluffs since you have that image.

This pretty much... You are very tight and ppl bluff you with ease... I assume you dont open with 67? And similar?

That would actually explain a lot. I seem to get destroyed by Russian players who are good at 3-betting and c-betting. They are very aggressive and good at pushing me off marginal hands. I think I became more of a NIT when I started playing zoom and it carried over to my cash tables.

:) i see many nits in fr zoom and reg... Thats why i play 6max.... Its kinda boring when u get AA KK and 8 players fold to you... Hate nits....
Go try 6max zoom... 3 bet wider... And you will be amazed how many ppl fold to 3bet... I 3bet pretty much with same range as opening range...

Im just saying that is a pretty baseless argument on that exactly is causing him to lose. We really don't have enough information. It could be very bad leaks, or it could be just run bad.

Its HER btw, and she is breakeven, which is better than losing, but playing too tight is leak by itself... She can be easily exploited that way... Like i was before, have KK and if A hits board i would fold, just to see in end that opponent had 99..

This is villain dependant, you want to 3 bet lite the regs. Look for opponents with a high fold to 3 bet (70%+) . Generally people open wider as they get position. People who don't fold to 3 bets you should be value towning with ak js+. Full ring things are a bit more nitty and that is why I just hate it, I feel like an absolute robot playing it. There is no simple solution on what to do, shoving against one villain may be the right move, while another folding, and even another flatting.

12/8 is not horrid for FR, can certainly try narrowing the gap though. At least in 2NL FR, I'm successfully running 13/11 and getting 12bb/100, and I 24-table FR (yes, inb4 the what are you doing with your life, move up lol posts)

5NL FR I have not attempted for the longest time cause I was 6max for quite some time but our man blackrain has played 500k hands of FR 5NL with like 13/9 and got away with a whopping 13bb/100 hands.

Stop reading, stop bluffing. Observe your hands, learn where to valuebet and when to give up.

I gave up life, that's what. I realize i'm only capable of making basic logic and play. Marginal spots flip me off pretty bad.

If you are 24-tabling FR then guessing you are trying to switch to zoom 6max?, i see you there a lot lately.

Play more aggressively and open up more in late position; If you are not doing so make a point of raising weak limpers with hands like JTs+ & 88+ when you hare in fairly late position, 3bet more (there are some great threads here on that).
