My biggest leak at this stage is hanging onto bluffs too long cuz I feel I'm committed to the story I'm telling. Often times I'll lose it to someone who only calls but the have what I'm trying to represent.

General tips on clogging this?

It's hard to pull off a bluff in free rolls especially.

1st never bluff an opponent that you do not consider predictable. If you can't say to 70% surety then you shouldn't be bluffing anyway.

#1 Best advice I can give you is SLOW YOUR PLAY!
Consider: Do I have knowledge of my opponent? Is this pot worth the chips I'm putting in? What are my chances of winning if my opponent doesn't fold?

Hope this helps a bit.

First of all welcome to CC. You will find, or get a lot good advice here about anything that can help your game. I don't know how long you have been playing, but bluffing is something that takes a long time to master, if that is even possible. I see pros on Poker Tube make serious mistakes bluffing. So if you are new to the game, you should not be bluffing at all or very little. GL to you

You need to consider against who are you playing. Some of opponents are insane calling station, so you got to put down the ego war and let them making mistakes!

Not free rolls, but $10NL zoom. I had the same leak but much larger in a different poker life ($50nl 6 max ring). I'm aggressive and slightly looser than normal zoom (I would say, but some of the hands I see...) and make money from the fit/fold aspect. If most of my players are fit fold here, should I check river if I don't hit instead of rep ping the straight I don't have? They normally let me fire and call (on avg ) which leads me thinking they haven't hit yet.

I just hate to check post flop when I'm in, cuz I may as well say "I give up"...and more so on the turn since I assume they're drawing and the turn doesn't hit anything...but I guess I should stop this thought if only cuz it's my biggest leak lol

Its not only about what you are representing but also the other player range and how disciplined to fold you think they are. If a board hit too much your opponents range, then its better not o bluff. If yoour opponent has a high wts% then its better not to bluff. You should ask yourself these questions:
If I barrel on the turn, what will he fold that he didn't fold the flop?
If I barrel on the river, what will he fold that he didn't fold on both flop and turn?
