I don't know if its bad luck maybe I'm overplaying them I don't know. Lately on quite a few occasions, I've ran pair into bigger pair like 3 handed. Anyone have any idea, what are the chances queens are beat preflop 3 handed? Theres a fish that I play against that randomly will go all in, so 3 handed the other day I have queens and, he spazzes and bam he has kings.

I start a lot of the promotional tables up, so I play a decent amount of really short handed 6 max games that take a while to get going. I can fold queens and what not, but when your talking really aggressive opponents, and so short handed I seem to get myself in trouble with jacks+ I don't know how they always end up with a bigger pair, its frustrating.

Well the short answer is, they don't always have a bigger pair. Sounds like you've run into the top of it lately, but if they are getting it in as wide pre as your stats suggest then they surely can't always have KK+.

It happens and you likely are just experiencing a run of them. We always remember the tough beats better than the wins.

Your time will come when you have a run of overpairs , try to remember them and enjoy that time when it occurs.

Post some hand histories but generally TT+ is the nuts 3 handed with aggro players.

The more short handed you are the more variance you will encounter. If it affects you maybe stick to fullring for now.

FR also has massive variance though. I run into like 10 sets in a row yesterday with TPTK/overpair hands. Not to mention the time when I lost 5 times in a row with sets.

Shit happens.
