If you are really good at remembering numbers, shouldn't you already be remembering them ?

Anyway, take notes on how an opponent bets a particular situation, such as

"PFR 3x AQs b3/4 on wet board against two callers (5s7s8x)"

It's the easiest way to do it. You should also remember meta-game patterns wich not only involve betting amounts, but % of tiem opp. checks/bets/raises in certain situation and write it down to if it's valuable.

Jeff gives the best advice. To find a pattern, you need to take notes, and study the player over a number of hands. I myself try to mix it up, and not play exactly the same way. If you become predictable in hold 'em, you may as well broadcast your hands to the table.

you never want to have the same pattern, you have to change gears often, otherwise like juicee said, you might as well tell everybody your cards,,,, buck:icon_sant

Its pretty much been said before, but I'll ahead and throw in my 2 bets.

/lame joke.

-Preflop, try and find a range of hands and how much they usually bet with that range of hands. For example:
a) 22-66 = 2.5x BB raise
b) 77-JJ = 3x BB raise
c) QQ - AA = 3.5x BB raise

-On the flop, look for things like:
a) Do they/how much do they C-bet when they hit?
b) Do they C-bet when they miss?
c) How do they bet if they flop a monster [set, straight, etc]
d) How do they play if they're on a draw. Some players like to play draws aggressively, some players like to back off and play it safe.

Also, look at the hand history as well. You dont have to memorize bets as you play, you can always check the hand history. Read how much and how they bet in a particular hand. Then look at similar hands and she how they compare/dont compare.

And as stated, dont fall into a pattern. They way you player AA shouldnt be different from the way you play 22 to the point its obvious. Mix, mix , mix.

Anytime there is a 2-10X that means big blinds. you will even see them even higher. now take note on how much time they take to make a bet, call a bet, raise a bet, or fold. There is alot of information here. Take accurate notes and update them, for people do get better.
