what is the proper way to bet the following starting hands:
  1. small pocket pairs up to 9s
  2. pocket 10s to Qs
  3. A-A, K-K, A-K
  4. low suited connectors(A-2 up to 9-10)
  5. High suited connectors(10-J up to A-K)
  6. High unsuited connectors
Also state position.

you will probably find the answer to be it depends.
That is on the situation.
eg your position, the type of table you are playing at eg MTT, Single Table etc.
Are the players tight or loose? So all in all it depends and also on your style.
