Limp pot preflop.
I have position post flop.
Dry board.
Everyone checks to me.
I want to steal the pot.
How much to bet?

You screwed up the hand preflop when you failed to raise.

Yeah don't limp :)

If you want to steal the pot in your hypothetical hand bet 3/4 of the pot.

Lets say you had raised PF and the same happened (you have nothing but it was checked to you in late position) then you should continuation bet to steal the pot. Again, 3/4 pot works well.

Yes limping preflop not as good as raising preflop
I raise in early or middle position and get called by late position player
After the flop I am out of position but I am the preflop raiser so I bet out 1/3 to 2/3 of the depending on the flop texture
I'm more inclined to bet 1/3 on a dry flop and 2/3 on a drawy board

I am raising preflop in late position now
I like having a limper in front as this I have position post flop if he calls
If he 3bets then thats another thread but if he calls I might not cbet as much as I am expected to bet anyway
If its a drawy board I might check and ifs it's a dry board then I might be more willing to bet 2/3 of the pot to prevent a float or check raise
