Bet Check

One of the most profitable betting strategy I have learned is the bet check. This is usefull when you flop the nuts and feel you have an unbeatable hand. Some folks check raise and this will get some chips, but to get the most cah out of an opponent that has a descent hand try this: Make a small/ medium bet. If they call they problably have something. If you check the next turn they think you were trying to bluff and take the pot. More often than not they will make a large bet following your check. many times they will follow you all in if they think you don't have it.

I think both strategies work well depending on the situation, and the quality of players

just going all in bets when u have 100% the best hand works early in big freeroll tournaments many players will think "omg I have a set and he prolly just have a pair of kings or aces, hehehe I will call this!"

freeroll strategy is different than money games; but the bet check does work, unless if your image at the table is different. if your seen as overly aggressive changing your gears like that can lose money, because it sets off alarms in peoples heads
