Best way to cure tilt caused by poor cards combined with slow-players?

I've gone on tilt lately at one place that I play microlimit ring games, as a result of relatively poor cards in the short term, combined with the appearance that a lot of people there slowplay their hands.

I think the frustration of not getting hands, and then having people jump at the river (aha, he's just bluffing, I think to myself, while I've at least got top pair) undermines my confidence in my hands, causing me to fold too easily and to not bet for value. It's a nice downward spiral.

In the meantime, I should play SnGs, freerolls, other situations where this doesn't seem to be affecting me, but, does anyone have other advice for how to get out of this rut?

don't listen to this, he obv doesn't know how to play on-line poker.
Why not give us a couple HHs to analyze and I'm sure some of us here will help you find the holes in your game, after all thats what we're here for and that's why you joined this forum, and trust me when I say this, "We will find your holes in your game".

Thanks shine. I'll take a look and see if I can find some particular hands that represent some of the trouble spots.

I think, though, it's partly an attitude, or lack of adjustment on my part. I do better and more consistently playing the 1 € SnGs than the .02/.04 € ring games, but the SnGs require more attention and enough time to see the game through. In other words, I'd like to be able to feel as confident with the ring games as I do with the SnGs.

Plus, I think that I view the chips differently in a ring game than in a tourney. Somehow the ring game chips are money, but the tourney chips are game chips. Sometimes with tourney chips I'll fold for survival purposes, but with ring chips sometimes I'll be playing with scared money, which I know is a bad state.

Thats what I do and then only play rings with a % of the winnings from the other.
