Tell me, would this kind of plan be profitable in the long run.

1. You go to Zoom tables.
2. Wait for following hole cards: QQ+, AKs.
3. Go all-in.

Since you can fast fold, you'll see many hands and you don't have to wait too long.

Did I just create the most profitable and the most boring Zoom game strategy ever?

This might work on Bovada where no one can track stats but IDK! Probably not another site will villains will be exploiting your stats.

This strategy would not be profitable at all.
You'll be losing more money in blinds than you'll be making in premium hands.

Better strategies (for .10/.25)

Because people at first level only play premium hands, many players will try to play up a level and steal more and/or bluff more.

Because there's so much stealing and bluffing going around, you can play as if you personally have a loose table image. Play position with speculative hands. Put your early openers on generally tight ranges and later openers on fairly wide ranges. Put callers behind you on Ax, K5+, Q7+, J9+, and PP, as well as suited connectors. People will play pretty loose in position (and really I think it's a fairly good strategy).

Well according to my calculations, I could easily make 64 dolars per hour by playing this strategy in 0.01/0.02 $ ZOOM. So, yeah it will definately be profitable.

I know a lot about math for I am a mathematician.

LOL. Not a very good one by the sounds of it :p Care to share your calculations?

Woah guys.... Hold up..... Clearly this man is a solid mathematician. Well let's see.....

64 dollars an hour is 32BI. Which is 3200BB.

Let's say he can play 200 hands in an hour (wouldn't know since I don't play zoom) that means he would need to be winning at 1600BB/100 in order to consistently win 64 dollars an hour.

That's just one table though. My point is these numbers are ludacris and impossible to maintain for a sample size. If you win at 7BB/100 well done. But ur numbers are physically impossible. If you're a mathematician I guess that makes me (the 15 year old) Isaac newton ;)

Obv a great mathematician because this is possible for sure. Start up a challenge thread with this goal and see how well it goes for u ;)

OK, I like maths, let's try some easy maths.

There are 22 combos of QQ+, AKs out of a total 1326 possible combinations.

Therefore you get dealt QQ+, AKs ~ once every 60 hands.

Playing 4 tables (the maximum) of Zoom nets ~ 1000 hands/hour.

Therefore you get dealt QQ+, AKs ~17 times per hour.

If you get called and win everytime you shove you're looking at $34/hour assuming you buy-in for 100bb.

Of course there is no way you're getting called and winning everytime you shove. I'd imagine you'll get called 10% of the time (being generous there probably), which takes us down to $3.40/hour.

Your range is so strong you'll win about 75% of the time, which takes us down to $2.55/hour.

In 1000 hands there are ~111 orbits of the blinds on a full ring table meaning you'll pay $3.33 in blinds. Which takes us to -$0.72/hour.

Let's say you are getting about 20% rakeback (seems reasonable at this level), so you'll get $0.66 back, giving you a net loss of 12c/hour. On a 6max table it'll be even worse.

So, you got +$64/hour and I got -$0.12/hour

This is a very profitable strategy, which is why we see so many players using it.

Oh wait, did I over-count?

It seems to me that it is bad strategy! ! ! QQ+ cards I will come less often than will be blinds and those who keeps up with statistics easily will dump cards in a pass on your all in

A couple of questions:

Why not try actually playing poker?

Do you even HUD bro?

What's the math that you did? As a mathematician, surely you know the phrase, "Show your work."

Well here is my math:

0 + 64 = 64
64 + $ = 64$
64$ - $ = 64
$ + 64 = $64

Simple as that.

Do you guys even know anything about matematiks?

Well done. Your maths is superior.

Tbh I quite enjoyed trying to work out why that couldn't possibly be profitable though. Killed 5 mins at work anyway. Now go make some more almost believable troll threads.

Don't you think if it was that simple every man and his God damn dog would be doing it. This was funny though.

I am an Automatics and Computer Engineer and I like to think that math has no big secrets to me. Math in college was Hell.
Definitely I was wrong. 64 dollars/hour is definitely something new at 2NL.
Maybe 64 cents/hour is closer to reality.
