Hi everyone! This is a subject i think is troubling a lot of us so i would like to share opinions.
-Say we hold 99 and board is k28r and as the aggressors we need to make a statement. Tried the bet the flop-c/c turn line but can get outplayed on many rivers. Tried the two barreling line but brought with me hands that beat me otr. Tried the c/c on the flop-c/x on the turn according to board texture line but had to withstand a lot of pressure.
Dont know whats correct and i mix it up a little. Some lines i guess wont work over .5/1 so i would like to get a point from u maybe your coach suggested sthng less exploitable. In the near future ill bring up more hot subjects like this and wish this thread has popularity. Thank u all for your answers!:)

You said the answer within your own post - mix it up. I would argue that K82r is actually a great flop for 9s when we raised preflop, we just have to make a read on our opponent based on stats. If it's a totally unknown opponent, I'm inclined to barrel the flop and turn, re-evaluate on the river. As the aggressors we have a bit of a stronger range (AK/AA is in our range, not his) so I'm not afraid to triple barrel and get him to fold KJ/KQ.

You triple barrel to get villains to fold TP on a dry board? I must remember to give that a go! lol
