I'd say the best advice for cash games is to play your game, don't let your opponents make you play their game. If your game is to play tight, then play tight. If someone comes to your table and starts consistently raising and bluffing more than you are used to don't tilt and try to catch him in a bluff, wait until you have the better hand and use his aggression against him. Same goes if you go on a downswing due to variance, don't go and start calling more than you would normally trying to get a big win to get your money back AND more importantly don't move up to a higher stakes table to try and win your money back quicker. It will come back in the long run, just make sure you use proper bank roll management.

Do not play all the money at once - that's my advice.

My advice is to learn how to play well in the cache, and if you can not do it better not to play, I could not play and lose everything, now I've blocked the cache for myself.

Don't chase

Don't be chasing the flushs and straights unless the math is good.

Seems like this should be the other way around. The old pros never played tournaments and was mostly cash games. Anywho I don't drink or have fancy play. I play ABC poker and thats it at cash tables.

My advice is to play the amount that you can afford to lose. And do not play for very long.

Most of MTT everybody starts with same stack, at cash game dont. A diferent stack for me its a huge problem.

Their are BIG differences between cash games and tournament play, it's better to figure out one first rather than switch back and fourth between the two. One of the major differences for me(I started out on cash tables) was how much tighter you have to play in tournament play. When playing cash tables, when the math adds up and you flop a nut straight draw or nut flush draw, of course you will call the person who tries to push all in. In tournament play however, it is often a better move to fold that spot based on whether you are already in the money(or how far you are from the money), the size of your stack, and of course your opponent(If your opponent tends to "bluff" his flush draw, you get a slightly higher value from calling them of course).

take enough breaks and dont try to chase money you've lost it will only lead to bigger losses. There is no pressure of raising blinds or ante's so keep it calm and play your hands you feel comfortable with

Play for your stack, and if you win go out and play a new table.
Do not be too long, it's often where you make mistakes.
