lol true John I've had a vicious 1.5k downswing within a session to recover either side
Also something I didn't really understand when It got first told to me but it gets clearer as you try to focus on it.
Make sure your not worried about success... Rather focus on things like.
-Leaks in your game (where your losing money?)
-Making the correct decisions.
-Try to improve the environment your playing in (Your hud fix it) Those beeping sounds get rid of it.
-Playing tired? Playing with destractions? ... I heard your girlfriend or wife in the background? That's a no no
in my situation you don't want anything to distract you... I've noticed when I had a few set rules for a session it really improved my game. Heres my checklist to even start playing.
*Mood alright (after a bad day at work I always found a bad session was to follow)
*Wife out or asleep kids as well fit in that
*Tired?
*Log in and check out the flop % if the tables were all under 20% I'd just go down lower stakes or even try a different type of game. Looking at your session vids you don't need to worry about that because your playing against utter fish haha ... hell your getting called with 65off and they are paying middle pair with no real draws lol
If your not right to play or things going bad..
*Study more on the game
*Analyze your game.
*Post replay threads on here.
