There have been numerous other threads related to bankroll management. It’s easy to find videos on YouTube. A good rule of thumb is never buy in for more than 5% of your bankroll. So if you play cash games and deposit $100 never buy in for more than $5.

To avoid going broke some players believe if you have a 100 dollar bankroll never buy in for more than 2 dollars pros maybe would be 1 dollar or 1 percent everybody different hard to discipline yourself tho when see a juicy game you wana play gud luck with your games

I can tell you first hand that you never want to go outside of your bankroll. Let me repeat this. Never go outside of your bankroll.

If you do, you spend the time and mental stress on trying to makeup for a great hand that you got your money with and they turned/rivered a 3 outer. If it is in your bankroll, you play much better and learn the significance in managing your money. To make it simple is that you will literally feel better as you gain more and more rather than, taking huge risks that end up in one hand (yes you should have won) but you didn't.

Listen to everyone here that tells you this. It is so true.

Never use 5% of your bankroll to enter a mtt! That is thinking of wisely using your bankroll the right way!

Choose such a limit to take on the table no more than 10% of your capital, unless of course you plan to make a deposit soon or start again with freerolls.

At first, I recommend to go to the table with a stack no more than 50BB. The fact that in poker is much easier to lose than to win, especially a lot to lose, than a lot to win. Is it bad if you win 50BB. There is one more aspect - when you have less stack than your opponents, they are often not afraid of you and play more relaxed than if you had an equal stack with them. This you can successfully use, collecting a good hand.

Most poker players ask us this question: how to build a beautiful banckroll, more than anything. The answer to me was: patience and tobacco.
