if you are playing at ftp play the 0.10 cents rebuy tournaments.... dont rebuy and dont add on... just play 0.10 cents only everytime. if you have these money in pokerstars play the micro multi table tournaments. i suggest you the 0.25 cents tournaments at 22.00 with 100$ added in the price pool... also the 0.10 cents tourney at 16.00 with 50$ added.
good luck at the tables and doesnt matter what you have lost . just believe you can recover!!!! i know you can.

depending which site like pokerstars has cash tables to buy in to for one dollar and if you play it right you can move your 1.9 to something more substantial and build from there.

keep it ..play a freeroll to try to build your bankroll a little higher before you play a real money game ..after you get your bankroll a little higher start playing a sit-n-go table with around a 2$ buy-in and if you play right you should have no trouble building it back up

like lewis said, if ur at tilt, .10c rebuys can make a nice return on investment if you cash, and if i was at stars i would juts play 50bbs deep at the 2 centnl tables

You got some great advice here. For me, it would depend on how much I had falled from. If I had a few hundred dollars, i'd just buy into the highest paying tournament I could find. If you had little to start with and wanna go smart, play some 10 cent multi tournaments, those pay great.

Sit and go

I'd go for a sit and go as this is your best odds for getting some cash back in your roll. Going for the long shot is just that a long shot.

Yes like most people said, A SnG would be your best option.

I agree with lewis010. Even though the .10 rebuy tourney is a lot harder to cash, the reward is much greater. And it gives you 19 different chances (min) if you don't add on with the 1.90. My second option would be trying a $1+.25 sit&go, and try to win the 1st place $4 prize, and just moving up from there.

Once I turned $2 into $100 (the dream of every low money player, right?) You just need a lot of patience and persistence.

I played in a $.05 rebuy Sng today on BYP. Didn't have to rebuy and 1st place paid me 1.86 not bad for .05!

I'd say play the rebuy's.

Discipline is your saviour. Start at micro limit cash games and rebuild your way up. It will imrove your game. I've got busted moving from 2/4 Nl to 5/10 NL with 3 bucks left in my account. I resisted rebuying and started at .2/.4 c limit . Within a 2 month period 20 hrs week, I'm up to 15/30 limit with 1750 BR. Limit cash games will make your game better than anything else. NL works better live. Online is ABC poker that will give you steady money. Chris Ferguson is a great example. Read his article on FT.
