First of all, an apology to orangepeeleo for stealing his thread title, but since its 5nl with me, I took liberties......:)

I am just starting out trying to grind a bit of 5nl. I thought I had a good grasp of the game, and am leaking pretty bad, as far as it looks to me. This does not make me want to quit, just the opposite. It makes me want to find out where, why and when and fix it.

I am doing a lot to try to improve, but I am such a noob. I dont know how to use HEM to help me (other than the obvious, like looking at big losers, big winners, etc). I dont really know how to efficiently review my sessions. I dont know when to 3-4 bet against regs. Or if I even should at these levels. I guess I need to stop here, cause what I dont know is legion......

I am getting coached, but just started. I am looking for any way to improve. I dont know how much to take on, how to pace myself. I read a lot. I am wondering if I should join a training site. I guess I need to get 4-500k under my belt and go from there. But I was hoping for more than 7$ profit after 45k hands.... I know, result oriented, but it is frustrating.

Anyway, have at me. Let me know if any other stats should be posted.

how are you taking the screen shot? the whole screen?

I use a grabbing tool to select only the bit I want (cmd+shift+4 on the mac, or I used snipping tool - free download - on the PC) then I modify that in PS.

When I changed the size to 10-12 cm in PS the pic takes up most of the width of the screen when posted on CC, not just 2/3 of the screen like the stats pic above.

Thanks MM. I was saving them for web in PS. It automatically resized... silly me..lol

This is a typical Christmas Tree graph. I had something like that when I played on NL10-NL20.
1. You need to increase your Flop CB, 46.6 is not enough for 11 PFR.
2. You need to increase your vpip/pfr ratio, at least make it 13/12 or 14/12
3. You need to steal more often from the blinds and late positions. As well as defending the blinds.

Ooh i missed that point!

Yep you really do need to loosen up from the later positions especially especially the button! Steal like a bastard until the nits or tags in the blinds adjust.

fd. try leakbuster in HEM, that helps. yeah, you should be making most of your money from the button, so steal steal steal from there with ATC if first to act, and raise like f**k with premium.
