Ok so ive commented on a previous post which was wayy outdated regarding analysing Poker tracker. [edit] and had NO response. [edit]

I have 10k hands in Poker Tracker 3 showing good profit (+$150) but I want to analyze my game. I just want to know if there was any good CURRENT up-to-date sites/books/ebook/articles/software/etc..... which ANALYZE poker tracker 3 stats. so I know what to improve, or what im doing wrong. even if i have a pretty good idea that it looks good, just want to improve...

Thanks

I'm not aware of a software tool that does this for PT3.

The easiest way to start analyzing your stats imo is to post them here in the forum - I'd suggest posting screen shots of the General and Positions tabs, those are the most useful imo - and ask for feedback.

If you'd prefer going the self-analysis route, I'm not sure what you mean by "current" - by implication, the stuff that's already out there is out of date? I don't believe that to be the case, NLHE hasn't changed that much in the last couple of years - the first guide I read on how to use PT3 to analyze your game is still relevant and very good imo (pm me if you want a link) and it's a few years old (was written for PT2, but the stats haven't changed THAT much).

imo, the best way to approach PT3 analysis is to look for potential leaks - there isn't a guide you'll find that will tell you your VPIP/PFR ought to be X/Y (if you find a guide that says your VPIP/PFR ought to be X/Y, burn it, it's worthless).

Some of the most common leaks to look for are, in no particular order, VPIP is too high/low, too big a gap between VPIP and PFR, steal less than 30%, 3bet% is too high/low, lack of positional awareness (esp completing the blinds too much and VPIP too high in EP), fold to 3bet is too low, fold to steal is too low/high, flop cbet too high/low, turn cbet too high/low, overplaying big/medium/small pairs and/or suited connectors, setmining oop, postflop aggression is too low, losing too much in small/medium/large pots,... geez, there are a ton of them, all the stats being gathered are designed to help you to look for leaks.
