There can be even more to consider, mainly depending on personal factors. For instance, even if you feel you have enough game to move up, it's not a great decision to do so if the higher buyin amount makes you uncomfortable enough to play scared.
Even if you don't play scared, maybe it's not as much fun for you. If so, you can try to desensitize yourself over time, but there's also nothing that says you have to move up just because you have the potential to make more money, particularly if you're a recreational player, although there are also pros who choose to play well within their rolls.
