almost a week playing in the negative

help me understand! I'm only a week in the negative! I play on pokerstars in 5NH .. Zoom play 4 tables at the same time .... a day at the cash games I spend about 2 hours ... before it brought me a small profit .... Now for a whole week, I'm only in the negative! I may need to rethink your game? ... I can not understand why all of a sudden a sharp decline in the game with me? Help Board!

I dont know if you will get it as your english is pretty bad , but :
A. It may be a breakeven stretch (i had 70k hands breakeven stretch last month)
B. You are tilting because you suddenly started to run a little worse and started to spew your winnings a little.
C. You hit a downswing (in ZOOM this happens like every 20-25k hands)
My advice would be to keep playing for couple days more and if you keep running bad go down to 2NL or start playing only 2 tables.

Sounds to me that maybe your going through the motions
try watching the players and asking yourself what there weaknesses are and
how you can exploit these,
maybe not play zoom at all?

if your 4 tabling and zooming, are you maybe focusing too much on the hands rather than the players and the positional and betting componant?
if you really want to play zoom,
focus on playing your hands in position rather than waiting for a hand and just playing it because you like it,

oh yeah! probably true! I stopped paying attention to players and focused only on their hands! it's probably me and summed up! can not be so self-confident in poker - the game punished me! Thank you for helping to understand the reason for my loss!

Just grind the losses out, and maybe apply a Lose Limit Stop, like if you lose say 3BIs in a day, take the rest of that day off, make sure you keep your A game up and shrug off the loss and bad beats, keep grinding.

maybe 4 tables is too much for you.?? Try playing with 2 and your game should be better

I continue to play, but so far there is no lifting. Now I sit at the table and the two always remain in the red after the game! as it is very dragged me luck!

it happens i was in the negative for two straight weeks then i turnede it around now im winning again its a game of highs and lows the up and downs its just like life
everything cant always go your way

Yep. It's like in real life... ups and downs. Two months ago I was on a downswing too. The whole month I was just loosing and loosing and ended with 11 BI down.

When you play a lot of tables at once you BR and your attention are split up all over the place. Better to focus intently on a couple of things clearly than to try and do more things that you can't handle and do them all poorly.

I only play up to 3 tables at a time. Anymore than that and I can't focus and all the jumping around starts to make me nuts. When I can focus on one good table with action I do better than 3 tables with no action. Less can be more.

playing multiple tables at the same time distracting from making difficult decisions after the flop! I play one table - often can not take the right decisions post-flop ... let my hand has not improved, but has the potential to improve on the turn or river ... I do fold to a raise of players with such cards or play aggressively in the hope of improvement? playing a few tables, I always say a re-raise, and sitting at the same table to fold! that correct? how to play better in these situations?

and how long can this go on? how long it lasted for you?

Perhaps theres too much distrations on the outside world around you? ... Take a day or two off if you continue losing?

Also you might need to learn more to get where you want to be.

A great advice.That is the way to multitasking correctly.

Thank you! while negative games ended. I have not changed anything in the strategy-just everything returned to normal again

Well, as in zoom you play more hands in less time, maybe it was just a badbeat you had. The more hands you play, the more chances to have a longer badbeat, and as you play in 4 tables zoom, imagine that. Its like playing in 16 normal tables!!!

Just make sure you keep playing steady. Downswings happen.. along with variance.

Yes , it happened to me too. Two weeks ago I had a lot of bad beats and I was getting very angry. But I got over it. I made a short break , a few days and now I play good I win.
