I've noticed this as well on BOL. My guess is most of the fishy recs from 2NL and 5NL were forced to 10NL since it's now the lowest and still love to shove.
I struggled a lot initially since I started playing there regularly, but I think I've adjusted nicely so far. I just charge them even more for their draws, I've been 3 and 4 betting pre more with like 1010+, as well as things like AJo. I've also been using their wild river shoves against them in some spots (i.e I ever a full house but gives them top flush) and quite a few players there happily insta call which kind of surprised me but also
tells me that there are a.) a number of players who will
bluff shove their missed draws and b.) still many more who will call their made draws even when the board shows paired and much bigger
hands. Some of the regs there I imagine are so tired of being bluff shoved on that they call down much lighter, so exploit that as they don't give most players credit there it seems.
I've also increased my C-betting when I'm in late position and was the opener but if I've called a raise pre or they called my raise, regardless of my position, if I hit a big hand on flop or turn I'm betting because they love to aggro raise pre and give up flops and turns like wild or just chase for like 10% outs. I've started C-betting nearly 70% against one opponent on flop (and like 40% against two) just because they want to gamble hard then fold if they miss or call if they wanna chase. And if they raise and you don't have better than TPTK on flop and it's more than half sized pot bet you can usually assume you're beat and easily fold. It's amazing. Also set mining even without the best
odds has been insanely profitable as they'll often chase anything. Oddly you can steal a lot with c-bets because for as big they like to bet they fold to pressure if they don't pair up, their bets tell the story usually pretty well.
Basically I think because they bet so much and bloat pots so much you've just got to adjust to the bigger bloated pots and be prepared to make bigger bets. My first 10K hands or so (this is all full ring) I was getting wrecked with really odd lines they take but the next 10K hands or so I've steadily seen my graph go upwards a bit. Just be prepared for big pots and big swings (not uncommon to see average pot sizes 30-40% of the buy in).
Of course this is at the lowest 10NL so maybe higher up the play makes more sense?
