SB is about yes playing a lot of flops and outplaying opponants postflop. So i disagree small ball is ideal for micro stakes.
you are contradicting yourself, you say it cant exist, but then you say its easy to see a lot of flops which is the idea behind small ball, seeing lots of flops and outplaying opponants postflop..
small ball is about, yes raising a lot of pots, but the raise sizing is differant, you can get away with 2x or 2.5x the bb in micros, they will call you no matter waht your raising. this forces the blinds to make calls they might not also, making them play out of position.
by playing this game your counting on making sound decisions postflop and making less mistakes than your opponants. by playing out of position carefully, and by playing marginal situations carefully, all the time waiting to flop big and score the knockout punch.
So i dont believe it matters if they know what your doing or not, you should show a profit if your postflop skills are good.
