Does anyone have any advice for playing cash on ACR? I used to love playing cash on other sites and it was a good way to run up the BR. I find on ACR I just loose my stack constantly. Maybe I just need to play like more of a nit on here until I find my groove? Or should I just avoid it all together? Your opinion is welcomed and appreciated. :)

Avoid it. ACR/BCP is ridiculous. I fully recommend Ingition/Bovada and Global Poker.

You’re playing against guys using HUDS you need to learn to balance your ranges and exploit villains ranges. Put them in tough spots on late streets and make sure you’re not overfolding.

What stakes and samplesizes are we talking about?
Running up a BR doesnt make you a winning player after all. Alltough I never played on ACR I pernsonally think that especially on microstakes it doesnt really matter on wich site you are playing. If you have a solid gameplan and dont spew your money away you should be fine. Doenst matter if youre playing loose or tight (within reasonable borders). In fact most pro cashgrinders play a 24 Vpip on 6max tables nowadays. Or to take LinusLove as an example 32/24/14 LOL

I haven't played too much to have a very good sample, probably less than 1000 hands. I'm only talking the 0.01/0.02 right now. I wanted to master that before I move on.

I say stay away from them. I tend to play more SnG's and MTT's on ACR.

I've heard bad things about ACR with regards to bots and payouts but other than that it should be like most other sites. 1,000 hands is not very many at all. How many buy ins are you down? Do you buy 100 BB to start? I would recommend posting some hand histories in the "Cash Game Hand Analysis" sub-forum. Get some pointers from the good online players to find any mistakes you may be making. Good luck.

not going to lie, the cash games are a little tricky on ACR

ACR has been exploited before for cash games for bots

i recommend playing MTTs on ACR or Blitz Poker if you want to play cash

If it is known that most players are either HUD freaks or bots, isn't there a creative way you could figure out how to beat them?

You can walk away with ACR if you don't like losing. But it is better to buy a HUD, and start parsing your own hands to understand the reason for the failures.

I've started playing more cash games lately and can tell you the action on the blitz games is great!

If you need some advice on how to play, this playlist will give you everything you need (may be worth watching 2 or 3 times) http://gripsed.com/win

Or feel free to drop by the http://twitch.tv/gripsed stream anytime as I'll be playing and playing cash games on the regular.

Look forward to seeing you friend!

Until then, good luck & happy stackin
