I've come to realize that in certain situations, whether in tournaments or cash games, there's a certain impulsiveness when having non hand cards. This always leads me to lose the game. In your opinion, what do u think?

Overcoming the gambling emotion

When you're playing and you get the feeling you want to gamble, you get that excited feeling that defies the logic your brain is telling you to do such as re-raise instead of call, or raise instead of check, then you need to identify that feeling and just auto-fold the hand. You are not in your right state of mind to be playing. Punish yourself by playing extra tight for quite a while until the gambling addiction style feelings subside and you can go back to playing good solid poker. Being able to identify those feelings is good, now it's just a matter of learning how to control them.

I would call it an intuition or a sixth sense! there are such distributions when the cards on the table have not yet been distributed but you understand that you lost, and you can not throw it out for different reasons! and when all is well then I feel calm! there were times when I confused this feeling with fear in the late stage of the tournament, but now I increasingly distinguish these feelings! and I try to listen to it!

Enjoying winning is not the problem. The problem comes with the expectation that you will win with less than winning hands and subsequently betting more than you should.

That's some really good advice, and something I still need to work on, even though I am cognizant of it, thanks!
