act like idiots ... need help

i play in turkish poker site . holdem no limit cash game

i had 15000 lira for bankroll .

i play in 1.5-3 lira . ( buy in =300 lira )

after a few days . i win about 1000 lira . after that when i lose 300 lira i change my stack to 2.5 -5 ... if i lose , seat in 5-10 lira . even 10-20 lira


i know i must act with bankroll and don,t change my stack .

but why i can't do that

today i lost 1700 lira . and after few days good play again and again i lost my win .

i,m tired and hopeless

i know i must limited time play and limited deposite .

maybe i must quite poker

in live table i can control every bad beat and tilt . but in online site ...

( we don't have casino and it's illigal . i play in home game )
i have not good life style . eat less . more cigarrete . i dont exercise . i'm just in home front of my slow pc . i spend much time but the result is too bad

I lost everyday and I win every 3 days.
My bankroll is finally in lost.
I play for fun, not To be rich but I ll try To be it (rich) and I think it s more difficult To play online . Maybe nobody see your tells or your tilt but it s the same for you.
Poker is fun, enjoy it, don t try To be the best now
