Only 3 players at the table including me. I'm SB. Button raises to 0.30, I call with AA not wanting to give away the strength of my hand. Flop comes 3c2cQs, I check and he raises to 0.35, I reraise to 0.90 and he calls. Turn comes Js and I raise to 4$, he shoves and I call. Should I have played this differently?

He could easily have a hand like AQ or QJ. I think because you've overbet the pot to $4 maybe he thought you was bluffing and he didn't want to get bullied off top pair with a good kicker or top two pair, also because you didn't re raise preflop I don't think he would of put you on a monster hand like QQ or maybe even KK. I think if he had a set of queens he would of flat called and then probably shoved on the river... but that's just me.
Hoped this gave you some insight

Im not really sure if it were me I would re raise pre and bet heavy on flop/reraise

the turn feels like a massive cooler because if he continues on the flop you caan basically put him on AQ/KQ/QJ maybe q10 .

I guess it could be possible to slow down on the turn aand if he shoves or something it might be possible to get away.

I like the flat call pre.

The flat call preflop definitely hides your strength, but with only 3 players and the bet from the button I think a 3bet would have been better. I get frustrated when I let a player in position and a wide range of cards into the hand. I always get unlucky when I try to be sneaky with a monster preflop :(

I think you didn´t make a good move, just calling the 3-bet pre-flop, you are loosing money, since you let players realize their equity post-flop especially when they have suited connectors. So, in my opinion you never can let AA play in multi-pot way, and it becomes more important when you are out of position.
The action post-flop would happen in any circumstances, the biggest problem from my point of view, was the flat call pre. If you have some time, see the equity evolved in their ranges, with suited connectors, the flat call will make you loose money when you are looking for the improvement of your meta game, it´s a EV-.

Since you are out of position, I would raise preflop. I don't know what stack sizes are in play. I am guessing $10. You don't need to be that big but its not the worst decision. I think you can have a flush draw there and might get a weak Q to call you or a mid pair. You will end up losing this hand most of the time and there are some instances where you don't lose your whole stack. The way you played it preflop, you can just decide to call the flop bet and call turn and river. I would rather raise it preflop than check raise flop.
