How do you guys are table selecting? Maybe it's a stupid question but i want to know for sure if I do the right thing here. so I know that I need to open the tables with big VPIP big avg pots etc.... I know that. what I don't know is when to close a table and open a new one????? I run sessions when I open tables about 34 vpip and after 5-10 min the vpip drop down to 10-15 leaving me at the table with nits and no fishes. Do I close the table and open a new one? That's what I do. is his correct? it's very frustrating in some session when I need to table select more than I play LOL.:)

Opening tables is one way to get the rec players to yourself. But yes, just close tables that aren't profitable if other ones are more juicey and you can get on them. I tend to just play in 1 hour bursts, so I just open a bunch and wait on the high player/flop ones, and there you go, I don't tend to close them until I'm done for the session.
