Het guys

Lets say you and your opponent have 10000 chips.

you hold KcQs

you are in late position

you raise 1000

1 of your opponents who limped in for 200 your opponent calls

the flop comes

Kd 4s 2d

from here what would your opponent do to give his flush draw away if he has one?

lets say the next card is a blank 3c

What what would give his position away now?

and what if the river is a 9c

So the board is now

Kd 4s 2d 3c 9c

how can you tell that he was on a flush draw and is now bluffing?

The thing with hands like this is that you need to have some specific reads and how the hand has played out. How much do you bet on the flop ? On the turn ? What position are you in ? How sure that its a flush draw instead of a set ?

Its very difficult to answer threads like these without some additional information.

Sorry I forgot to mention that you provide your own bets and moves in this thread.

You also control your opponents actions here.

What what would give his position away now?nothing givin away here as he just raised 3-4xBB to indicate that he just hit the str8 and I have just folded

and what if the river is a 9c

Kd 4s 2d 3c 9c

as for the end of the hand I would say that if his betting at this stage confuses you, he may be bluffing, IMO.

So you're saying that a good bluff here would be a 3-4x the BB on the turn?
