This is a lot of stuff.

Generally, don't call river overbet shoves unless you have a note that explicitly tells you to. (Example - some players in 2NL always shove a broken draw if you bet into them twice and then check the river to allow them their bluff. Alternatively you can bet really small so they can raise you AI.)

Also, pretty much everybody there plays ATCs, so watch out for completed flushes.

Otherwise notes are your best friend (even more than the HUD).

kudos on seeking advice

I'm not the best player out there, but there are things that I have learned that hold true at such low stakes. The biggest point I wanna make is to never be married to your cards. The times I've lost my whole stack, when I was not tilting, has been when I wouldn't let go of my cards at the river. At such low stakes, you have to be willing to fold your hand when you dont have the nuts or 2nd or 3rd....best hand. I think the best strategy is to win many times and never risk your own stack unless you have the best hand. Sometimes, calling your opp's all ins at the river will not be justified bc they only go all in with the best of it and in the long run, it is a minus ev play to call them with the 2nd or 3rd best hand.

Also...

Say for example you have a loose aggressive at the table which happens a lot of the time...they will play a wide range of hands and when they hit they will bet big or they will overplay "alright" hands. In the long run, this guy is prolly gonna be a losing player and if he played every all in w u then you would win his money BUT since you are only playing a limited amount of hands with him, variance can allow him to make profit on you despite him being a losing player overall.

You cant control what he shoves with, but you can control what you risk your whole stack with. If you stick to only making huge plays with the nuts, you are nearly certain to take his money even in a limited number of hands and the variance considered.

Hope this helps, and if not, it gives you something to think about.
