So this is my first post, please forgive me if it is awful. I mostly play 6 Max FLHE .05/.10 on Bovada, though occasionally I'll play 7 Stud(same stakes) when the Hold'em games aren't running. But only heads up or on occasion 3 handed at most. These session usually don't run very long because more and more players sit down. Am I correct in assuming 7Stud is easier heads up and 3 handed? I usually always profit but the few times I've played more than 3 handed I have lost money. So again my question, is 7Stud easier heads up for most people or does this format fit me best?

Depends who you are playing against really.

hello friend .. I think it's easier to play 7 stud HU with more players sitting at the table because we do not spend much balance looking our best combination with each card played if the other player is playing very aggressively playing HU! ... ! Hug for you ;)

I don't think one way is easier than another. It's a different game HU vs Full table, and you need to adjust accordingly. It may be easier for you, but possibly way more difficult for another.

It may seem like you are winning way more pots, and that's because you should be, there is only one other person in the game, haha. But if you were to play it out over a session of about 2 hours, the number of pots won may be drastically different, but the money won (or lost) should balance out, if you adjust your game accordingly.
