If a pot is high than is that more aggressive players? and if the players/flop is high does that show looseness of players?

example; players/flop is 40% and pot is 15bb. would you say this is a loose aggressive table?

Somewhat loose and somewhat aggressive :)
15 BB spread over preflop/flop/turn and river isn't that much...

Higher % indeed gives more players on the flop, either because they have good cards or because they are indeed loose.
The same with the BB/hand.

In my opinion, the players at the table are more important than the overall table stats. It's enough to have one player that is worse then the rest to feed the entire table (although that only lasts until he/she is out of money :)).

It pays to keep a list of players you do good against.

Seat selection is also very important, and often more important than table selection.

If there's one fish at the table, then you're not going to be getting much out of him if he's sitting on your immediate left, as you'll be out of position vs him unless you're on the BTN and he's the SB. You'll also never be able to iso-raise him.

In general you want the nits to your left (so you can steal their blinds) and the bad players to your right.

As for table selection: players/flop is going to matter more than avg pot size.

that stats refresh after few hands at table, after 1 big pot, avg pot grows up, if fish gone & rock took his seat, so after few hands players flop falls down, usually i use filter - minseated - 4, avg. pot >10BB & waitlist is 0, just cause i don't like to wait :) & sort that list by plrs/flop, from big to small, 10-12 waitlists & i have 4-6 tables in a few minutes, much enough 4 me:) & then if i don't like some table, i just left it & find new :)

6 Max is more appropriate to more agressive players who like more action and who like to see flops and play pos-flop with traps and agressively...Even more if the structure is Turbo or hyper...

Definitely loose but not that aggressive seems to be passive post flop. Three bet percentages are highly relevant here when talking about average size pots also showdown
