Anyone find that they're a lot easier to beat? or is it just me?

You can play looser in 6 man. Less people to play so you can lower starting hand requirements. This might lead ppl to try to steal more pots to so if you are solid you can play back and take down those pots.

I play six max, and prefer it, but full ring has it's own advantages. You see more hands before posting blinds, so your FPP-to-blinds ratio is greater. Plus, playing in fewer hands means that you can play more tables.

I actually enjoy 6-max and do better at them than full ring games.

It can be much easier to win, depending on the table. However, the swings are a lot larger than in full ring so you'll want to be very careful about your bankroll management strategy. I've seen people recommend as high as 500bb for 6-max.

less people, the easier it is to play the player. this especially helps when you are a LAG type of player, because you are probably more experienced in playing the player rather than waiting for premium hands. if you're generally a TAG, i think you're better off playing in a full ring game and wait for big hands.
