Just want to know the main differences of the two and which game is better to play.
I personally tried full ring last night and found it a great game. It kept me actually concentrating on the game and focused instead of only hands i was involved in. I often get bored of Full ring games Online quickly though i can concentrate on Live games for hours on end.

Just want some opinions before i make the full change?

I play them both but poorly and I can't say. When you're hitting nothing matters.

If you get bored playing long hours of poker you should stick with 6max more action and you're opening hands are a lot lighter.full ring is a supper grind it feels like to me.

Play whichever one you like more. We all started playing poker for the fun of it.

I like FR. 6max is very high variance for me.

If you still consider yourself as learning - play full ring and get comfortable before moving to 6-max

I think a lot depends on your overall style which I guess is reflected in your personality. If you play well with wider ranges then six max is probably where you should be.

Likewise if you handle variance well then you may be able to handle six max. I hate variance (don't we all) although I hate it more than most. Some people just prefer the slower pace of play and FR just suits.

I play FR and have for about four years but I just find it easier to read ranges at the levels that I play than at six max. Also beats happen more rarely in full ring because you are folding more and so it is easier on the old psyche......I think it is easier to tilt in six max and also easier to level yourself.

But if you really have the skills then six max is where you will have the biggest edge in my opinion because you simply get to see that edge more times per hour.
