Do you play the same starting hands for the above seats? I tend to be a bit tighter on 9 seats and loosen up as the number of players reduce, but mainly at the start of the game. When it comes down to 3 players or heads up, you're in a different ball game and you are reading the opposition more, as well as figuring out if you want to play or not.

At 6 max tables im playing a little bit loose than at 9 players because i think there are more chances to win at 6 max tables.

Six places have more action. You must be more aggressive, but careful. At the table of six it is rare for someone with a marginal hand, it happens, but it is rare.

Starting hands at 6-max tend to be weaker than those at 9-max. that's why there is more action at 6. It is generally more profitable to play a bit tighter at 9-max tables. But everyone's experience is different. I also prefer 6-max.

Personally, I think most poker games are best when limited to 6-7 people as an upper limit. There's more play and things get more interesting. I like live poker, except that all the tables are 10 handed. It's just too many people. The best live games, I've played in, were private home-games where it was 5-6 people.

That's just my opinion, but I enjoy the 6 max games most.

On the 6-max table the range of hands with which I play of course more than 9-max.

Yeah, 6-max we can play with a larger range of cards, right? When i'm with ruge patience i play 9-max. A hand like AA or AK can do more damage there haha.

Well I play on both tables. No matter what is the number of players, the matter is to play poker and have fun and of course, earn some money. :D

I play both 6 max and full ring. you definetly need to be tighter from early position in fullring and open wider and apply more pressure in 6 max. Position is also extremely important in 6 max since you and the villan are going to be wider than you would be in full ring. But on thing is for sure, if your playing the lower stakes there are more fish at 6 max tables. If you can adopt a good preflop range in these games they are super profitable

I prefer 9 seat Tables, because there is more money at stake, but sometimes it depends on the tables because there are some that have a slow connection and you have to be behind them every round.

I like 6max tables than a full ring, because you can more loose open your hand.

Depends if you like to play tight or agressive 6 handed is more for agressive players when 9-handed is for tight players

I act in the the same way as you. I don't really like 9 seats table. I find them boring most of the time. On the other hand I love playing in 6 seats table as it much more exciting.

I like both. in a 9 table you have to be more conservative. At the same time positional play is vital in both tables as your play style.

Me both the table fit but with 6 people the game is happening faster and the card is less divergent and with 9 longer and the card goes worse

I thought the question were if we play as tight from MP+ in 6-max or full ring?

Anyways, I am not playing full ring other then if I win a ticket to some turney. But from reasoning I think the optimal would be to play a tiny tiny bit tighter in full ring from the later positions, just because more people have folded hence more trash cards are blocked. I have not calculated it but I assume the impact of that is super small so I would play the same.

I like 6-max more but its just because I am so used to it, I think full ring can be more profitable because you can play more tables and with more fish! But the higher stakes seem to be pretty dry for full ring players.

I like the tables of 9 players more than 6 are more aggressive for my style of play, likewise I stay with the tournaments and not the cash table
