Your losing because you are easy money to people like me
, who have played like 20k odd rush hands and have stats on you, i love isolating fish at the regular tables b/c its free money and if you limped in front of me when i was in LP i'd be raising with any two and cbetting any flop.
i'm guessing you limp-call a lot of pp's in early and middle position right? And then i guess that if you don't hit a set you fold to a cbet, and if you do then you either c/r really dry boards or check-call the flop then c/r a blank turn, both really obvious set lines at the micros.
Playing against a 7/2 player is stupidly easy, you are raising only your premium hands, and whats more is that you probably won't fold them ever if say the board comes low and you have an over pair, if i set mine in LP and hit my set i'm taking your stack without a doubt. Any hand that you limp with is going to be for set-mining purposes or just trying to see a cheap flop with sc's, suited aces etc, so if you limp then i'm raising anything in LP to get it heads up and then i'm betting pretty much any flop that comes down because your going to check-fold loads when your pp's/sc's miss the flop.
My advice, 1) Open up....loads and loads and loads, i play 18/16 at the same level! Don't autofold any button, CO or small blind b/c they are all great stealing opportunities at rush poker and you can pretty much get away with opening any two, i don't go quite that far but i'd say that if you put up your button/CO stats i'd be playing about 3 times as many hands from there than you
2) Stop limping and playing fit or fold poker, its a bad way to play because thinking players will just not pay you off enough when you hit to make your pf limp-calls profitable in the long run
3) Your folding 90%+ to steals from the blinds, this kinda ties in with what i said about opening up from LP earlier, guess what....i play a wide range from LP because the rush player pool is FULL of people like you, start off by just never autofolding you SB, if its folded to you then raise 3x with any two and just see how many folds you get, when its folded round and the SB completes, raise the BB with any two cards and see how many folds you get, its free money most of the time and you aren't even attempting to take it enough, attempt to steal of 12% is really low, you wanna be hitting like 30% at least
Kinda went off on one there but w/e 5nl FR rush is amazingly easy imo, i play tight but i still raise wider everywhere than i do in a normal game, raising 89s utg and watching the whole table autofold just brings a smile to your face every time lol
