5NL need of help!!

So guys, i have this one problem in my game.

What flops do i check, after i raised. And with what kind of hands, on what kind of boards. (Its 5NL so there playing pretty straight forward. except calling waaaay to much.)

Pleasse help.

check any flop that isn't good for a c-bet, and check more often if your PF raise got more than one caller.

Flops good for a c-bet are:
-any you hit a decent pair or better on (obv)
-dry boards, especially with one high card such as A or K
-wet flops that you hit a draw on
-virtually all flops when you are heads up ESPECIALLY if in position and it's checked to you

You can also look at the FoldtoCbet% stat if you use an HUD to try and get a likelyhood that they will fold to a c-bet bluff

This article helped me a lot when I began to get raised and check-raised out of pots that I began with strong hands pre-flop and thought that I should just c-bet any flop just because I was the pre-flop aggressor.

I think you have to fire a continuation bet when you are in position and you had 1 or 2 callers.

thats is very tough to answer it pends on postion and opponents. Tight table ill bet every flop, loose table i will want to connect more. You raise pre with AK HU flop comes 2 73 I bet, flops comes 9TJ i prob check(prob check cause ill still bet if i feel opponent missed). The only thing i can say is i will constantly mix it up sometimes ill check flop i miss and sometimes i bet missed flop, if i hit flop i most always bet.
