I have been playing a lot of the 50bb cash games 25/50 and 50/1 on william hill and have just hit a rough period. Im just interested to know what other people's opinions are on particularly hands like 10s and jacks. If I am facing a raise here I'm gonna be 3 betting but should i always be calling off if I then face a re shove assuming both have around 50bb? Also when I am first to raise with these hands and get 3 bet is it generally best to just re shove with the shallower stacks? It seemed ok but recently keep getting bitten running into bigger pairs and wondering if this is actually profitable. Also I'm aware it's player dependant but for arguments sake we assume against a player with not much info. Any reply and opinions will be appreciated, thanks.

jack ten, fold to any preflop bet above 4BB.

Only exception is SEVERE loose players at a table being headsup or 1v2 with you in the trio. Then you can probably work out where you stand easily once the flop shows if a jack or ten shows.

Fold to any pre flop bet of 4bb with pocket jacks? I surely would be way to exploitable if I did this consistently do you not think?

W Hill 50bb

Assuming there are some good regs on there which I expect there are ... then they will have already tightened up their pre-fop opening ranges. They know that the SPR is going to be a lot lower going to the flop and many will have dumped the spec hands, connectors and baby pairs from their range. Stacks that shallow are a nightmare for draws so unless you're willing to Nit up and wait for premiums I would get off that site and move to a deeper game. But if you do stay then, size your bets and raises smaller to give you some room to play on the flop.
